Musically, I like this version a lot. And I give her credit for doing a Lindsey classic, and not covering a Stevie song; for she is really not much like Stevie at all.

As for the video, she would have been wise to have had a better hair and make up artist. In those close ups, her complexion looks pretty rough. And a comb would have helped the hair.

blah. I've defended her on her before, and I ferociously love half the songs on her album 'Catching a Tiger'...

But I don't dig this!
The video is mediocre as well

Get the hook - the original is perfect and nothing else comes close. This really sounded pretty bad.

This is an amazing cover, and honestly who cares what her complexion is like, it's the music that counts.

HOLY CRAPFEST BATMAN! What a horrible cover. Yes it does sound like a Wilson Phillips cover! LOL! Burn the master! Why do artists allow shitty covers to be recorded of their material? YUK!
