NEW RELEASE: Stevie Nicks Live in Jersey, 1983 The Wild Heart Tour

WOW!  Check this out.  Wolfgangs Vault have released a live recording of Stevie Nicks from The Wild Heart Tour - June 24, 1983 in Rutherford, NJ.  IT SOUNDS AMAZING!  It's obviously a direct from the source recording or a soundboard recording... It's clean, crisp and clear.   There is an existing bootleg of this recording that's been floating around for years, but I doubt it sounds this good!

ABOUT THE CONCERT VAULT
Where does it come from? In 2003, Wolfgang’s Vault acquired master recordings from the archives of Bill Graham Presents. These live concerts were recorded at legendary venues like the Fillmore East and Winterland between 1965 and 1999.

Since then we’ve acquired over a dozen more collections - some large, some small, all of them compelling, spanning a wide spectrum of musical genres.

Wolfgangs Vault used to be a free service to listen to all the shows in their vault online - with a lot of their shows available to purchase via download.  Now it's a subscription service for a small monthly or annual fee.  BUT, you can sign up for a 14 day trial period to listen to this show with the option to subscribe at a later date.  Check it out at Wolfgangs Vault!

I was at this show and Stevie's record company had conducter Paul Buckmaster and a string section flown in from London to play on "Beauty & The Beast". It was a great show. Is this just an auditory recording or is there a video also?

It's just audio

Will not pay for old concert never intended for a live album. Sorry, but no dice. YouTube satiates this niche nicely - and for free - and with video...

If you notice there is no Rhiannon. I was at this concert and Stevie started to sing Rhiannon as the encore, but a fan jumped on stage knocking her to the ground before a roadie got him off her. She was not hurt, but when she stood up she said to the crowd "In 9 years with Fleetwood Mac that has never happened to me before and I think the mood of the song is ruined. So she did not finish the song. And I thought she was cool not to, it would have been strange to try and recreate the feeling after that.

Just a note: This was in East Rutherford, NJ, not Rutherford, NJ at the Brendan Byrne Arena, which is now the Izod Center. This is right by Giants Stadium, which is now MetLife Stadium. LOL A little confusing for those of you not in this area....just thought I would inform you of the correct town. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Edge of Seventeen is not on the set list either.

uh yeah... "no dice anonymous" you're an ass munch. Some of us are happy to collect multiple nights of a legend's career.

I used to own a cassette tape which I have looked for over the years and looked for again. My friend taped the 1983 show in Philadelphia. Robin was in the audience and Stevie mentioned that. Also, she sang Blue Lamp and Angel. I know I'm not wrong on this (no FM pun intended!). I just wish so much it wasn't lost or loaned to someone. That would be worth having again. Joe W. opened.

I was there too, I remember her falling but I didn't know why and I remember the string section playing Beauty and the Beast.
