So much for that idea.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6620511595417365920.post-88885403393987579162014-11-06T09:06:12.482-06:002014-11-06T09:06:12.482-06:00Cue all of the Stevie-bashers accusing her of drag...Cue all of the Stevie-bashers accusing her of dragging her platform heels on getting back into the studio with Fleetwood Mac. As Mick says, with all of the touring commitments just starting to "unfold" over the next year, there is very little time to get this done. My theory is that Stevie rushed into the studio to complete 24KG, which effectively closes out all of her obligations to Warner Brothers. This makes ALL of the members free agents, which makes them more attractive to other labels looking to release a new Fleetwood Mac album (no pesky legal entanglements with other labels to sort through). I suspect that now it's just a matter of finding the time to do Stevie's parts. And then following the FM tour, Stevie will likely do her own tour for a while. So it looks like mid-late 2016 is the most likely scenario. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
