Stevie Nicks and Friends.... The Wiltern

Ricky Peterson posted a photo to his facebook page of the rehearsals for The Wiltern show this Thursday...

One person in the photo looks vaguely familiar on the left... Can you pick that person out?  Ricky also said in response to someone's comment about playing new music "the band is smokin' the new record!"...  Hopefully they'll be smokin' on some new music played at the show!

To everyone that is travelling today and tomorrow to LA for the show, and there are many, have a safe trip and enjoy the show...

  1. It's Lindsey obviously. And that is very cool. I sure do hope Stevie does a lot of her new songs, they are all so wonderful. "In Your Dreams" is truely her masterpiece, and Dave Stewart did a great job producing it. I love that so many of the songs have real endings, Stevie has had a history of having too many songs just fade out at the end, which is OK for some songs. But these new ones have actual endings which I really like. I sure hope she announces a US tour soon. And not another opening gig with Rod Stewart.

  3. Sooo happy for everyone!! Just wish I had not blown $700 in tickets for me and my friends for the Indio, Ca show. The concert was 10 days after the cd dropped, so I don't think my expectations were out of line. Love the new cd and was so hoping to hear it live. Instead, a show I have seen a few times already. My concert budget blown for the year :(
No posts here on her Vegas or Santa Fe shows...what was the setlist???

  4. I'm going to be there and I'm hoping for a lot of new material. Los Angeles is usually late in the tour when Stevie has usually dropped new material (like Destiny Rules or Planets of the Universe). I could live without seeing "Dreams" ever again but would love to see "Annabel Lee" live!

  5. For all Stevie's talk, I don't think how much money her fans have to spend on her is really a concern. If it was she would have already been doing more of the new songs and wouldn't have gone on tour opening for Rod. She sadley is mroe interested in making more money for herself, which is really sad. So many fans have willingly spent a great deal of money to see her year after year after year, decade after decade. And with the economy so tight nowadays she should think more about what her fans have given for her.
