Fleetwood Mac: Live 1975 CD Release November 28th

As previously announced, Fleetwood Mac will be releasing Fleetwood Mac: Live 1975 on November 28th as part of Record Store Day Black Friday. The 2LP, 13 song set will be released on crystal-cleaer vinyl.

The live album captures the band’s first tour with the now-legendary lineup of Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, and Christine McVie, the set delivers the energy and raw brilliance that defined their mid-’70s ascent. 

Recorded 50 years ago at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ (October 17, 1975) and Jorgensen Auditorium at the University of Connecticut (October 25, 1975), the collection showcases live performances of recent hits like “Rhiannon” and “Landslide” alongside earlier gems such as “Hypnotized” and “Oh Well.” Pressed on vinyl for the first time, the album will be available at your local brick and motar record stores on November 28th.  Vinyl quantity is limited to 5,000.

Also available for pre-order Target will issue an exclusive translucent purple edition of Fleetwood Mac’s classic Greatest Hits (1988) on December 5th, also available for pre-order now.

Fleetwood Mac Live 1975 2LP Crystal Clear Vinyl - Record Store Day 2025

Rhino Records announced their annual Record Store Day Black Friday releases today... The event takes place worldwide on November 28th at independent record stores, and Rhino continues its effort to release the live portions of the deluxe editions of the Fleetwood Mac albums that were previously released on CD only.

This year, for Record Store Day Black Friday and appropriately for the 50th anniversary of the white Fleetwood Mac album, they are releasing the live recordings originally released on CD in the deluxe edition in 2018 in a 2LP Crystal Clear Vinyl set.

Fleetwood Mac: Live 1975

Fleetwood Mac Live 1975 captures the incredible electricity of the band’s first tour with the legendary lineup of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joining Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, and Christine McVie.

The real treat is having this released on vinyl for the very first time.

Similar to last year's Record Store Day where Fleetwood Mac released the alternate "Mirage" album by taking the previously issued CD from the duluxe edition reissue and making it a stand alone album, Fleetwood Mac will once again bust out the alternative album cd from 2017's deluxe reissue of "Tango In The Night". For the very first time, these alternate tracks will make their way to vinyl for this years Record Store Day on April 21st. Warner Bros. will press 4,000 copies of the vinyl for the US and 8,500 in total worldwide.
