Seems every year there is some sort of a marathon on UK TV that's dedicated to all things Fleetwood Mac. The last blitz was in August, 2012 when the below shows aired on Sky Arts A LOT over the course of a couple of days.  All great shows if you haven't seen them.

FLEETWOOD MAC LIVE IN BOSTON

VH1 Classics is running Fleetwood Mac's Soundstage Show that was recorded in 2003 (released on DVD as "Live in Boston" in 2004) from today July 5th through Saturday July 18th at 4pm and 8pm daily. Check local listings. It's an hour and a half, so it looks like an edited version of the two DVD set that was released.
