@jblogg Jeremy Welt SVP of New Media at Warner Bros Records had the opportunity to hear a playback yesterday of new music from Stevie Nicks... Was it the whole album? I wonder what his thoughts are on what he heard?
Clear Channel's "The Beat of New York" WKTU landed a big time Monday morning interview with none other than... Prince! Cubby and Cindy of The KTU Morning Show had rock's royality in studio to talk about a new tour and album and if in fact he was a part of the recording of Stevie's Nicks 80s classic "Stand Back."
He confirms he played on it... explains it a little differently then Stevie does... Interesting. Skip ahead to the 6:25 minute mark.
The poll that never ends!... This poll should really be called "Last Woman Standing". They aren't getting any younger... and a few of them could kick off any day. Clearly this should have ended oh a couple of months ago... GQ. Wake up!
Stevie's standing tall above the rest with 52% of the votes right NOW! Let's just call it a day already. Maybe they want someone to have a resounding win? In that case, hit this link GQ MAGAZINE and place your vote where you see fit.
According to a recent Facebook posting by Eric Gilliom, he'll be playing New Years at Mala's in Wailea again this year along with Mick Fleetwood, Rick Vito, Alice Cooper and possibly Carlos Santana... as well as a few others...
Makes sense that Carlos would show up.. He'll be playing the night prior with Mick as well at the Maui Theater in Lahaina.

It's been a long year since February, 2010 when we first caught wind that Dave Stewart was writing with, playing on and producing a new album for Stevie Nicks... But in many ways the time has flown by. Now, just as Winter begins, we all await Spring and the big day of release.
