Fleetwood Mac is the one of the most enduring, endearing, and drama-filled bands in rock history whose triumphs, struggles, and music continue to resonate with generations of listeners. This thorough dissection of every album and every song ever released by the beloved rock group follows the band’s many iterations from their self-titled debut in 1968 (when they were known as Peter Green’s Fleetwood Mac) to the classic Rumours era featuring the core line-up of Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood, Christine McVie, John McVie, and Stevie Nicks, all the way up to the passing of Christine McVie in November 2022. The writing and recording process of each and every track is dissected, discussed, and analyzed by authors Olivier Roubin and Romuald Ollivier, through the band’s many breakups and shakeups.
Fleetwood Mac All the Songs draws upon years of research to recount the circumstances that led to the composition of every song the band ever wrote, as well as the details behind their in-studio recording process. Also featuring hundreds of photographs, including rare black-and-white publicity stills, images of instruments used by the band, and engaging shots of the musicians in‑studio, this is a must-have book for any true fan of classic rock.

New HD Upgrade to Fleetwood Mac's "Not That Funny" Official Video
Fleetwood Mac's record label continue with the upgrades on their official videos. The latest HD video released is for the 1980 single "Not That Funny". Check it out, it looks really great.
It baffles me why the entire Fleetwood Mac Tusk documentary and live concert where this performance is culled from hasn't been upgraded and released. It initially came out on VHS and Lazer disc back in the early 80's, released on Warner Home Video so they should still have the footage.

The Fleetwood Mac Resurgence Continues
With six albums currently charting, Fleetwood Mac’s influence shows no signs of fading. The renewed interest sparked by a night of Fleetwood Mac programming on BBC2 has propelled their catalog back into the spotlight, proving that their music continues to resonate with generations of fans.
Fleetwood Mac’s “Little Lies” Returns to the Charts After BBC2 Christine McVie Documentary
Fleetwood Mac hasn’t released a new album in over 20 years, and with the passing of Christine McVie, the chances of new music from the legendary band are slim. However, thanks to a recent BBC2 documentary spotlighting McVie’s contributions, one of the group’s classic hits has experienced a resurgence on the U.K. charts.
Following the airing of Christine McVie: Songbird in late February, Fleetwood Mac’s Little Lies has re-entered two of the U.K.’s purchase-based rankings. This week, the 1987 single debuts at No. 95 on the Official Singles Downloads Chart and No. 99 on the Official Singles Sales Chart.
A Renewed Spotlight on Christine McVie’s Legacy
The BBC2 documentary revisited McVie’s vital role in shaping Fleetwood Mac’s sound, drawing renewed attention to her songwriting and vocal performances. Little Lies, which McVie co-wrote and sang lead on, has seen a surge in interest as a result.
This marks Fleetwood Mac’s first U.K. chart entry of 2025. It follows a similar resurgence in 2024 when Landslide gained traction after being featured in a viral moment, landing in the top 100 on the same charts.
The Enduring Popularity of Little Lies
Originally released in 1987 as the third single from Tango in the Night, Little Lies was a major hit for the band, reaching No. 5 in the U.K. and No. 4 in the U.S. The song’s return to the charts underscores Fleetwood Mac’s lasting appeal and the deep emotional connection fans still have with McVie’s music.
Fleetwood Mac continues to dominate the U.K. charts with multiple entries last week, proving that their catalog remains as relevant as ever. Thanks to the BBC2 documentary, McVie’s contributions—and songs like Little Lies—are finding new life with audiences old and new.
