FLEETWOOD MAC GROSS 146.2 MILLION THIS DECADE

Pollstar has compiled its year-end research from 2000 to 2009 and come up with the highest-grossing touring artists of North America for the decade.

According to POLLSTAR Fleetwood Mac placed #33 in the Top 50 grossing 146.2 million between 2000 & 2009 with 1.7 million tickets sold. Not bad for only two world tours this decade.

Imagine if you added Stevie Nicks' solo tours in 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. She would jump to near the top of the list. If you think of her history of solo and Fleetwood Mac tours combined, she has performed more concerts than just about anyone in rock and roll, except perhaps the Grateful Dead. And they've been gone over a decade now, so she may have passed them. But she never gets credit for being such a heavy touring artist.

Stevie definitely tours a lot, but she didn't make the top 50. So adding Stevie's grosses + Fleetwood Mac's grosses would not even land in the top 10.
