Totally 80's Summer Stevie Nicks | Bonnie Raitt | Steve Winwood

By the time all three became pop superstars in the ’80s, they had been in the business for a decade or more. Bonnie Raitt, Steve Winwood and Stevie Nicks needed time to develop. In today’s fragmented industry of microwavable stardom, it’s hard to imagine their careers taking shape the same way if they were starting now.

As the ethereal focal point of Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks was a star. Her moody, throaty lead vocals on “Dreams,” a hit off the band’s 1977 mega-selling “Rumours,” helped make her a sensation. It also didn’t hurt that the camera loved her.   Full article at
