No duets? How odd. Sorry but this whole tour is a crock. So Stevie is basically the opening act. Glad I didn't waste my money, and her set list is so old and played out. And why is she using a straight mike stand, and not her usual one?
I don't understand the reason for this tour and am quite annoyed by it. Stevie is diminishing her reputation and stature by opening for Rod Stewart. They also have no connection, no history, nothing in common in terms of music. Plus if she is not really promoting the new album (except for the tepid Secret Love) and she is playing most of her major markets, how is she going to go back on the road to do a proper promotional tour for In Your Dreams in larger venues? A very ill-conceived and short-sighted idea to go on this tour. I'm sitting this one out as well.
Have to agree (sadly) with the previous comments. I also noticed that she is adding solo dates but without an actual official tour. Whoever is running things is doing a really weird job. Her first new album in ten years and this is how it's being promoted?
